We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, financial account details or government identifiers) through this website, and we ask that you do not enter sensitive information into our forms or chat assistant.
3. How we collect your information
- Directly from you, when you complete our contact or appraisal form, use the chat assistant, call us, email us, or meet with us.
- Automatically, through privacy friendly website analytics and, where you use the address search on our appraisal form, through Google's mapping services.
- From third parties, such as property portals, referral sources or industry bodies, where you have engaged with us through them.
4. Why we collect and use your information
We collect, hold and use your personal information to:
- respond to your enquiries and provide the information or service you have asked for;
- prepare and provide property appraisals, and assist you to buy or sell property;
- keep you informed about properties, market updates and our services where you have asked us to or would reasonably expect us to;
- operate, maintain and improve our website and services;
- meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations as a licensed real estate agency.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and provide our services, including with the following service providers who help us operate this website and manage enquiries:
- Rex (our customer relationship management system), where enquiries and contact records are stored so our team can follow them up.
- Web3Forms, which delivers a backup copy of your enquiry to our team's inbox so nothing is missed.
- Anthropic, which provides the artificial intelligence that powers our website chat assistant and processes chat conversations to generate replies (see The chat assistant and AI processing below).
- Google, which provides the map and address search on our appraisal page and the customer reviews shown on our site.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website and provides our content delivery and privacy friendly analytics.
We may also disclose your information to our professional advisers, or where we are required or authorised to do so by law.
6. The chat assistant and AI processing
Our website includes an automated chat assistant. When you use it, your messages are sent to and processed by Anthropic, our artificial intelligence provider, so it can generate a reply. If you provide your name and contact details, they may be recorded as an enquiry for our team to follow up.
The chat assistant is automated and provides general information only. Its responses may not always be accurate or complete, and it is not a substitute for advice from our team. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into the chat assistant. If your enquiry is important, please call us on 0410 144 211 or email us.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our website is used. It is privacy friendly and cookieless: it does not set any cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites.
Some pages use Google's mapping services, including the address search on our appraisal page and the maps embedded on pages such as our contact page. When these load, Google may set cookies on your device. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended if you do.
As an Australian business, we are not required to display a cookie consent banner, but we believe in being clear about the third parties involved, which is why they are listed in this policy.
8. Overseas disclosure
Some of the service providers listed above operate outside Australia, which means your personal information may be stored or processed overseas, including in the United States. This may apply to information handled by Anthropic, Google, Cloudflare and Web3Forms. Where we disclose information to overseas providers, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately. By using these features of our website, you consent to this overseas disclosure.
9. How we store and protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Our enquiry data is held in secure, access controlled systems operated by reputable providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as we are required to keep it to meet our legal and professional obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
11. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. Please contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time, and there is generally no charge for making a request.
12. Making a complaint
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first using the details below so we can try to resolve it. We take privacy concerns seriously and will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

Our website may contain links to other websites operated by third parties, such as property portals and social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or legal obligations. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown at the top.
