Director and Licensee
One of Perth's most accomplished residential sales agents, Rob brings two decades of hands-on experience, genuine market intelligence and a negotiating record few can match.
Holding a Bachelor of Education (Hons.) and a Diploma of Professional and Corporate Coaching, Rob spent years as a buyer's agent negotiating hundreds of contracts before moving to the sales side. That background gives him an unusually clear view of what both parties want from every transaction. Today he negotiates over $100 million in property annually across Perth's western and coastal suburbs, working closely with sons Riley and Tom on every campaign.

Riley holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Property and Marketing from Curtin University, giving him a precise, analytical lens on pricing strategy, buyer behaviour and campaign performance. He pairs that foundation with a creative, forward-thinking approach to marketing, making sure every property is positioned and presented to attract the right buyers.

Sales Executive
Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Management from Notre Dame Australia and worked in advertising before joining the family agency. That background sharpened his instincts for buyer attention, visual communication and marketing that cuts through. Enthusiastic and genuinely modern in his approach, he brings energy and creative conviction to every campaign.
Support Team
Every successful sale has a team working behind it. Rebecca, Sue and Amelia look after the detail, from pre-listing preparation right through to settlement, so nothing slips between a signed contract and the keys changing hands.
Office Manager | PA to Rob Walker
Right-hand to the director, with over 15 years of experience, overseeing the operational execution of property transactions from listing through to settlement. Brings structure, clarity, and control across contracts, accounts, and process management.
Marketing
Shapes how each property is presented to the market, bringing extensive experience in leading the marketing and creative execution behind every campaign. Ensures each home is positioned with clarity, consistency, and maximum impact.
Administration & Team Support
Coordinates the preparation of each property for market, ensuring that contracts, documentation, and details are handled consistently and with care. Provides essential team support that keeps processes clear, organised, and on track.
