A GREAT RESULT... I engaged Rob Walker to sell our deceased mother’s house in Wembley Downs at the beginning of this year. From the very first contact, I found Rob’s approach to be highly professional and also very proactive. Rob spent quite a lot of time discussing the various options I put to him (Eg. Demolish and sub-divide or sell ‘as is’) and I found his replies to be informed and logical. He demonstrated very good knowledge of the local market conditions. With his assistance, I decided that selling the house ‘as is’ was the better option and this turned out to be the correct choice. About 5 weeks after the house was listed, an acceptable offer was received and accepted. Between acceptance and settlement, Rob dealt with all the minor issues that came up in a thoroughly competent and timely manner.
